The Medrotic Affiliate Program allows individuals and organizations to earn commissions by referring new users to our healthcare platform. By joining our program, you become a valued partner in our mission to make modern healthcare accessible to everyone.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the Medrotic Affiliate Program, including eligibility requirements, commission structures, payment terms, and guidelines for promotional activities.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Medrotic Affiliate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• Operate a website, blog, social media presence, or other legitimate digital platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare advertising standards
• Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
• Successfully complete the affiliate application and approval process

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on qualified referrals that result in new user registrations or paid service subscriptions. Commission rates and structures may vary based on the type of referral and the affiliate tier:

• Standard referral commissions for new user sign-ups who complete registration
• Premium commissions for referrals that convert to paid subscription plans
• Tiered commission rates based on monthly referral volume and performance
• Bonus incentives during promotional periods and special campaigns

Payment Terms

Commissions are tracked in real time through your affiliate dashboard. Payments are processed monthly, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum payout threshold of $50 USD must be reached before payment is issued
• Payments are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings
• Available payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and other supported options
• Commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period to account for refunds or cancellations

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to promote Medrotic services ethically and responsibly. The following guidelines must be followed in all promotional activities:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Medrotic in all promotional content
• Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Medrotic services
• Do not use spam, unsolicited communications, or intrusive advertising methods
• Do not bid on Medrotic branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior approval
• Ensure all content complies with healthcare advertising regulations in your jurisdiction
• Do not create websites or domains that could be confused with official Medrotic properties

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to generate commissions
• Using cookie stuffing, ad injection, or other fraudulent tracking methods
• Misrepresenting Medrotic services or making unauthorized medical claims
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Medrotic reserves the right to immediately terminate affiliates who violate this policy. Upon termination, affiliates must remove all Medrotic promotional materials and affiliate links from their platforms. Earned commissions that have passed the validation period will be paid out as scheduled.

Changes to This Policy

Medrotic reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Policy, commission structures, and program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email and through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
