  • Subscription services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days
  • Services already rendered in full are generally not eligible for refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services, refunds are available within the first 14 days of the billing cycle. After this period, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable. Please review the following list before making a purchase or booking:

  • Completed consultations and medical services that have been fully delivered
  • Administrative and processing fees associated with bookings or account setup
  • Services purchased during promotional offers or with applied discount codes, unless stated otherwise
  • No-show appointments where the user failed to attend without prior cancellation
